Rowan Whitridge

Rowan is has been playing in the Vancouver music scene for the past 10 years and is finishing his last year of a Jazz Performance/Composition Degree at Capilano University. First learning piano while growing up in the San Francisco bay area, then moving to Vancouver in 2006, taking up Saxophone and Jazz Piano some years after. Music has been a part of his life ever since, with a primary focus being in Jazz playing in combos, groups, and personal projects. Rowan’s intent is to foster a direction that can expand musical growth and curiosity for the student.
