Jake Kostuchuk

Jake is a jazz guitarist based in North Vancouver, with experience teaching guitar and bass to students of all ages and skill levels. He was born and raised in Manitoba, where a passion for music was ignited at a young age. This led him to pursue formal education in the field, culminating in a diploma in Contemporary Music and Technology from Selkirk College and a Bachelor's degree in Jazz Studies at Capilano University. Jake's extensive musical education has allowed him to perfect his skills in performance, composition, and improvisation. He regularly performs in the Vancouver area and also spends his free time writing music. Jake is passionate about sharing his knowledge with others, and is dedicated to helping his students students explore their musical interests and achieve their goals!
