Julia Kuzka

Julia is a music teacher with passion and experience in working with students of all ages. Julia was studying at a prestigious university - the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw in the field of Artistic Education. Now she is a student of pedagogy and psychology in the specialty of art therapy. She uses art therapy elements (especially music therapy) during her classes. Her teaching is based on the methodology of E.J. Dalcroze and E.E. Gordon and her knowledge of harmony and music theory. Julia played in various orchestras and music ensembles as a viola player, and was also composing music for films and television in Poland. She graduated with honors for the highest school results in viola specialization and has an album under her name.


In addition to being a musician, her great passion is film. She has wide experience working as an actress and director. She has worked on productions for Netflix, Canal+ and Polish television. Julia completed a directing course DocLab Poland for documentary filmmakers and studied at the Warsaw Film School. Her film work has been recognized at major film festivals such as the Krakow Film Festival (qualifying for the Oscars) and International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (the world's largest documentary film festival).


Her passion is to share her knowledge, experience and love of art. She believes that being a teacher isn't a job. It’s a vocation. Julia believes in creating a safe environment in which students feel free to express themselves and explore their voice and creative passions.”
