ABOUT THIS CAMP

Want to play in a band? Our Rock 101 camp is designed for beginners 7-12 years of age. No experience necessary! Students will explore their instruments through musical games, activities and learning songs from classic rock to modern hits! Our nurturing environment makes this the perfect camp for budding musicians. Students will work on songs Monday through Friday and the camp will culminate in a concert at the end of the week for family and friends.

 

SCHEDULE

• Camp runs Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm each day

  • Drop off is no earlier than 8:40 am each day

  • Pick up is no later than 3:30 pm each day

• Each day will consist of rehearsals, practice time & fun music-based games/activities
   

FRIDAY PERFORMANCE

On Friday, campers will put on a show for family and friends and perform the songs they’ve been working on all week. The show will take place at the school at 2pm and we will be providing more details on the first day of camp.
 

WHAT TO BRING

• Ear plugs are required for all campers (we have some you can purchase if needed)

• Campers must bring their own (NUT-FREE) lunch, snacks and water bottle labeled with their name each day. 

• For BandFactory Jam Camps, we provide all instruments needed for the duration of the camp. However, if your child already has their own guitar or bass guitar that they would like to use, please have them bring it with them to camp. Please note that campers may rotate through and play different instruments throughout the camp, depending on the needs of the group.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Students are not permitted to leave the facility at ANY time unless going on location with camp leaders, and must be picked up by a parent or guardian at the end time

• We love our parents, siblings, friends and family members, but please understand that we can only allow students and staff in the school for camps. 
   

PARKING / DROP OFF

Parking is available in our parking lot behind our building which can be accessed through the Il Corvo parking lot to the north of us. Drop off is available directly in front of our building on Deep Cove Road as well.  Please bring your child inside rather than dropping them off at the street. A parent or guardian must be present to pick up each camper. We are unable to let students leave the building on their own at any time, or to meet you on the street.

We are located at 1046 Deep Cove Road between the Il Corvo and Bee Haven Daycare.
